The staff were very helpful and the facilities were clean and nice. I had originally booked a 3-bed room but was given a 4-bed room upon check-in! It was very spacious and the view was amazing (see pic)! I needed a later checkout time and the staff were able to help me have it for a small fee.

The staff are very polite and ready to help. Open buffet breakfast. The way they have assign the lift is very interesting where you don’t need to wait a lot compare to some other hotel. It’s within working distance to the haram. The housekeeping person Mr Baharul Seikh is very polite and trustworthy person. Everyday he will come to clean the room and replenish things and all your personal belonging will be at the same place as you left them. The hotel value their client and offer 1st class service to maintain their perfect reputation.

Elaf Almaqam Hotel Makkah Ajyad ligger i hjertet af den muslimske verden. Hotellet ligger 700 m fra den hellige Kaaba. Alle medarbejdere fra hotellet var meget flinke. Specielt Samir var utrolig hjælpsom. Min søn blev syg og han skaffet lidt mad fra hotellet sent om aftenen når alt var lukket.

Doubletree By Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar ligger i Makkah, 2 km fra Abraj Al Bait, og tilbyder indkvartering med døgnåben reception, bar, restaurant og roomservice, privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi... staff are friendly, starting from the guys at the reception to restaurant guys. special thanks to all reception people, Mr Ahmed in the restaurant, Yasser in the restaurant. RahmtuAlah who helped me to get a taxi. all staff were really friendly and willing to make my stay as happy as it can be.

Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel har majestætisk udsigt og ligger blot få minutter fra Haram og i nærheden af den hellige moske. A fantastic Haram view we booked twice during our Umrah trip. The staff and rooms were clean and neat, with a prayer speaker inside the room. We always sat down and kept looking at the Haram from the corner windows. The Reception Manager and staff, especially Fatema, provided great assistance. The morning buffet managers were also very nice and helpful. The Executive Lounge Manager, Abdurahim, was well-deserved for his position and was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper, Mofazzal, was very helpful and performed his job perfectly. Thank you very much, everyone. You all are the best.

Makkah Marriott Hotel offers accommodation in Mecca. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a TV with satellite channels. The duty manager and the reception staff were extremely supportive . Great people. The shuttle bus to the Haram was a plus. The lobby is luxurious. The coffee shop serves good tea.

Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah ligger i hjertet af den hellige by Mekka (Makkah), kun 1 minuts gang fra Al-Masjid Al-Haram. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt på overnatningsstedet. I liked the location the cleanliness the comfort the service it was magnificent
