The reception was very friendly with a welcome drink, the room was large and clean, the bed was fine and the shower was clean. The location and accessibility of the hotel by haram was very good! The incredibly friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the hotel itself. See you soon!

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Worth Elite Hotel is situated in Makkah, 1.1 km from Masjid Al Haram and 10 km from Hira Cave. Great and attentive service. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were clean and nice. I had originally booked a 3-bed room but was given a 4-bed room upon check-in! It was very spacious and the view was amazing (see pic)! I needed a later checkout time and the staff were able to help me have it for a small fee.

The staff are very polite and ready to help. Open buffet breakfast. The way they have assign the lift is very interesting where you don’t need to wait a lot compare to some other hotel. It’s within working distance to the haram. The housekeeping person Mr Baharul Seikh is very polite and trustworthy person. Everyday he will come to clean the room and replenish things and all your personal belonging will be at the same place as you left them. The hotel value their client and offer 1st class service to maintain their perfect reputation.

Elaf Almaqam Hotel Makkah Ajyad stands tall at the heart of the Muslim World. The hotel 700 meters the holy Kaaba. Located next to 400 metres from Abraj Al Bait less than 5 minutes walking. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Nour Al Thuria Hotel during my recent visit. The experience was made truly exceptional by the exceptional staff, especially Sultan and Fahd, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their welcoming smiles and unwavering kindness truly made a difference in my trip. Sultan and Fahd's availability and willingness to assist with any request were remarkable. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also arranged for a more convenient room for my parents and me, ensuring our utmost comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Hadi, who was available to help us with our luggage and made the check-out process easy. Thank you, Nour Al Thuria Hotel, for having such an incredible team that made my stay truly exceptional. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit, thanks to the warm and caring staff who made all the difference.

Doubletree By Hilton Jabal Omar Makkah features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Ajyad district of Makkah. staff are friendly, starting from the guys at the reception to restaurant guys. special thanks to all reception people, Mr Ahmed in the restaurant, Yasser in the restaurant. RahmtuAlah who helped me to get a taxi. all staff were really friendly and willing to make my stay as happy as it can be.

Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel, only moments from the Haram, offers majestic views and is close to the Sacred Mosque and few steps from Al Shubaikah Umrah entrance Gate. A fantastic Haram view we booked twice during our Umrah trip. The staff and rooms were clean and neat, with a prayer speaker inside the room. We always sat down and kept looking at the Haram from the corner windows. The Reception Manager and staff, especially Fatema, provided great assistance. The morning buffet managers were also very nice and helpful. The Executive Lounge Manager, Abdurahim, was well-deserved for his position and was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper, Mofazzal, was very helpful and performed his job perfectly. Thank you very much, everyone. You all are the best.

Makkah Marriott Hotel offers accommodation in Mecca. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a TV with satellite channels. The duty manager and the reception staff were extremely supportive . Great people. The shuttle bus to the Haram was a plus. The lobby is luxurious. The coffee shop serves good tea.
