We were happy and comfortable with our stay.

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. It was a total surprize. The rooms are well equiped, very clean and comfortable. the Breakfast is amazing with personal service by the stuff. the hotel located in the northern part of Bucharest. free parking, free Wi-Fi. I totaly recomend the Hotel. I will defenitly stay here on all my next visits in Bucharest.Great

Extremely clean room, with everything we needed (iron for example). Everyday there was a cleaning service and that's a super extra for us! Definately worthy for a come back visit.
