The other comments mentioned receptionists are not friendly but I do not agree. They may not speak English very good but they are trying to help as much as they could. Last but not least, please TRY the restaurant downstairs and the burgers are super good!

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. The hotel exceeded any expectations above and beyond. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast is superb with a wide selection of cheeses, meats, veggies, etc. Parking is very convenient right in front of the hotel.
