Offering a restaurant, a bar and a 24-hour front desk, Euro Hotel Grivita is located in Bucharest, a 3-minute walk from the main train station, Gara de Nord. Free WiFi access is available. The hotel is just beside the train station, a few mints by walk. The room is as described - the bathroom is nicer than I expected. The other comments mentioned receptionists are not friendly but I do not agree. They may not speak English very good but they are trying to help as much as they could. Last but not least, please TRY the restaurant downstairs and the burgers are super good!

Everything about this hotel is first class: location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, beds, etc. But what makes this hotel way above its 3 stars rating is the quality and friendliness of the staff. You have some of the most professional people I ever met in hospitality. Needless to say that we absolutely enjoyed our stay to the max and will be back! Many thanks for taking care of us so nicely!

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. This is an excellent hotel with even more excellent staff. Everyone is so helpful and polite so I was really happy with my stay. Even one of the nights when they had a very low occupancy, they made me custom eggs and bacon because they didn't have a full hot buffet out, very nice touch and thoughtful. Even if it's a bit out of the center it doesn't really matter with a metro close by and very efficient Uber in the city.
