Beyond the gorgeous property and stunning views, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating to me during my entire stay. From start, when I arrived early, to finish, when they helped me book a car to the airport and everything in between, I am forever grateful to the people who made my stay in Lisbon SO extra special. I didn't have air conditioning and they were quick to resolve my warm room. I was greeted with sweet little candies as a welcome when I arrived and the staff was always available for a recommendation and a hello every morning. I appreciated how clean and sunny my room was and it was perfect spot for my holiday.

The staff is kind, courteous, and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the Alfama area, a great location to walk to the main sights. Breakfasts are great, too!
