The location is excellent and the staff was exceptionally helpful. We also appreciated the 24/7 reception for our 3AM check-out.

Este elegante hotel ocupa una antigua residencia familiar aristocrática del siglo XIX. Everything in the hotel is exceptional and interesting. We really enjoy the room and its view, as well as the breakfast. Also, all staffs are warm and friendly, and we spent a great time there.

El Hotel Riverside Alfama está muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Lisboa, a 300 metros de la plaza del Comercio y a 150 metros del río Tajo. Amazing service, the rooms look exactly like the pictures, the metro is 2 minutes away, there are great restaurants around the hotel. But the people working there are the best, we are grateful for everything!

Our host Artur was very welcoming and helpful. The flat was charming and well located in Alfama. Plenty of good cafes, bars and restaurants near by.

El Lisbon Alfama Tagus se encuentra en Lisboa y ofrece restaurante, wifi gratis y vistas al río. Caesar was waiting for us at the apartment at the time we told him we would be arriving. We were delayed getting there because of luggage issues at airport and figuring out the metro. I texted him to let him know and he was very gracious and said not to worry, he would wait for us. I had to text him once or twice with "Lisbon" questions, and he immediately responded. Along with his attention, and Maria's communicating with me leading up to our trip, I was very comfortable that whatever we needed to know, they were there to help. Wonderful experience......... :) :)
