Helpful staff, amazing location and rooftop has AMAZING views (as did my bedroom window!) I would definitely stay again. Free walking tour happens at 10am everyday.

Ovaj elegantni hotel u 19. stoljeću bio je dom aristokratske obitelji. My stay was amazing! The suite was spacious and comfortable. Great showers! Food was excellent and above all, the staff was extremely friendly, caring and helpful! Would definitely return😍🙏!!!

Hotel Riverside Alfama nalazi se na vrhunskoj lokaciji u povijesnom centru Lisabona, na 300 metara od trga Praça do Comércio, 150 metara od rijeke Tajo te samo 5 minuta hoda od četvrti Alfame, poznate... The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was small but a large excellent shower. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were all incredibly friendly. The location could not have been better plenty of nearby restaurants and a Metro very close. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were late arriving and the host was there, gracious, familiarized us with the apartment and indicated he was available for any problems. There weren’t any problems. Caesar was waiting for us at the apartment at the time we told him we would be arriving. We were delayed getting there because of luggage issues at airport and figuring out the metro. I texted him to let him know and he was very gracious and said not to worry, he would wait for us. I had to text him once or twice with "Lisbon" questions, and he immediately responded. Along with his attention, and Maria's communicating with me leading up to our trip, I was very comfortable that whatever we needed to know, they were there to help. Wonderful experience......... :) :)
