The staff is extremely friendly ready to help at any point. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and to keep you informed if you have questions. Gym is small but works well. Clean and new. Sauna is a plus and the indoor dipping pool is nice. I have to say the location is wonderful! The beds, so comfortable and clean. Gorgeous pillows. We stayed in the cozy room it had a full closet, safe, fridge mini bar Nespresso machine hot kettle.. just wonderful. They had a turn down service every night with chocolates by the bed. A welcome and goodbye plate of pastelle de natal as well. It was wonderful in every way. Oh and the windows are so well insulated you can hear any outside noise

One of the best apartments I've stayed in since I started using Booking com The location was great, together with amazing facilities and very helpful and smiley staff. The Beds was very comfortable and the fact they thought about our baby with a doll and some soaps and creams especially for him. The washing macinhe and dryer was a super plus and helps a lot.

The host was really very helpful and nice person. The flat was clean and has all the amenities. Also we travel with kids and they have a crib for them. Some details very kind from the property like coffee and tea. Easy to go anytime because it's an automatic key so great experience.

Modern 3BR with Terrace in Benfica by Host For Us is located in the Sao Domingos de Benfica district of Lisbon, 7.6 km from Dona Maria II National Theatre, 7.9 km from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte... Very modern, comfortable and quiet apartment with fully equipped kitchen and enough space for 2 families with children. The area around is also clean and modern, the supermarket just in 5 minutes by foot. Air-conditioners are quiet and effective.

It was fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. There were a lot of bath accessories, washing capsules, etc. So you can find everything you need for a comfort stay. Host was very kind and helpful

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept better than we have in months. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded to any questions we had and provided great recommendations for local spots. We felt completely at home and safe during the entire stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and clean apartment with good facilities and amenities. The facilities and furnitures, including books, board games, etc. give a very nice home vibe, very suitable for a family stay. My wife even said it was the best apartment we’ve ever stayed for holiday. The location probably not too suitable for visitors relying on public transport, as it is rather far from the typical tourist spots, but worked very well for us who came with a rental car. It was very easy to find and access with a car, and having a dedicated secured parking was very helpful. Last but not least, Alexandra (the owner) and Joao (the host) were awesome. They’re both very responsive, and Joao still welcome us very friendly despite our 2 hours arrival delay because of the flight; he gave thorough explanation about the apartment as well as suggestions on places to visit and eat.

Such a beautiful apartment, spacious, full of artistic touches and decor. The attention to detail by the owner, and the available facilities were outstanding. The owners representative received us at the apartment and gave us an introduction to the apartment and the city, and was available on whatsapp and phone throughout our trip for any questions or clarifications. Very very happy with our stay. Will definitely use the same apartment on our next visit. Very highly recommended.
