The apartment is quiet and the big windows which let in great light, also can be completely covered with the built-in shades to make it dark to sleep. There was plenty of hot water for a shower and extra blankets and pillows for a great sleep. The host was very accommodating of my request to leave later on checkout. I did not have a car, but this would be an easy location to find by car and lots of parking even if not using the apartment underground space. I was making a short walk to Teatre do Luz for a festival daily, but it would only be a bit longer walk to Benfica stadium or Colombo shopping centre. Note - the "sofa beds" are quite narrow suitable for children or small adults and the space in the studio apartment would mean that the beds would be close to the large bed and if two were used, they all would be very close to one another.

Location is excellent Apartment size and layout is good Facilities are available but require attention for future guests, see below dislikes.

We rented this apartment with the sole intention of getting clean and sleeping in it, since we are tourists who don't stop at the apartment. We read some reviews that said it was dirty and very uncomfortable so we had low expectations; To our surprise it was quite clean and we have not had any problems with cockroaches, it is an apartment at street level but the bars close early. Speaking of bars, all the restaurants on that street are very delicious and reasonably priced.
