They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and to keep you informed if you have questions. Gym is small but works well. Clean and new. Sauna is a plus and the indoor dipping pool is nice. I have to say the location is wonderful! The beds, so comfortable and clean. Gorgeous pillows. We stayed in the cozy room it had a full closet, safe, fridge mini bar Nespresso machine hot kettle.. just wonderful. They had a turn down service every night with chocolates by the bed. A welcome and goodbye plate of pastelle de natal as well. It was wonderful in every way. Oh and the windows are so well insulated you can hear any outside noise

They responded to any questions we had and provided great recommendations for local spots. We felt completely at home and safe during the entire stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again!
