Excellent service again - last stay was in October 2021 and this trip again did not disappoint. The attentiveness of all the staff was exceptional as was the spa treatments, food and comfort of the accommodation. Coming from the UK where all restrictions are lifted and masks are no longer required, it was comforting for me personally that the hotel have a mask policy for public places as it highlights the measures they take to keep guests as safe as possible. I truly believe this hotel is well worth the money and will definitely continue to have this location as my only hotel every time I am in Lisbon. I arrived to Lisbon stressed, very tired out and with low energy and left feeling restored and relaxed - Thank you to all the staff from reception, Patricia & her spa team, Jessica and the waiting staff to housekeeping who were all an absolute delight!

This is my second stay at this hotel and clearly not my last. The team is truly doing their best to meet your expectations and very helpful when it comes to special requests. Warm welcoming upon my arrival and speedy process for the check out. From the breakfast to the different restaurants and their facilities, everything is very well thought of and properly maintained. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and anyone expecting high standards of services.
