Hotel is new and stylish having a very central location in Lisbon. There are many shops, restaurants and some of the main sightseeing of Lisbon in a walking distance. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Especially Mauro Modesto, who is the great example of the best front office manager. Rooms are a little bit small, very clean, cozy and comfortable. As a compliment we were granted a free breakfast, which is served in a restaurant with the view of Rossio square. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I never write hotel reviews, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I had to write one. Location was great, near the center but quite. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They also helped us with restaurant reservations. We loved the hotel so we extended our stay for another 3 days.

Where do I begin? i’ve been to many hotels and while they all try to make you feel “special”, this hotel just went on a whole new level. Shortly after we got in our room, there was a knock on the door with some welcome pastries and hand written welcome card. On my wifes birthday (which we didnt announce) they brought in champaigne, cake, pastries and hand written birthday card. When we asked in Whatsapp for two fresh towels, they brought those within 1 minute. The hotel was wonderful, the location was very close to city center, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was out of this world. Thank you for making this one of the best hotel experiences so far!

The front door service is marvelous. I want to deliver my gratitude to the staff, Elsette ( sorry if I type the name wrong). She is very helpful and we did feel very welcome from her service!
