Attractively set in the centre of Lisbon, Pousada Alfama features buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. Staff were very friendly, helped with any request and had great recommendations for food. Lovely little touches like a gift in the room, complimentary mini bar and all day refreshments downstairs. Breakfast was of a high standard, great timings (7-11am) and set in the most beautifully designed room with a terrace and open windows to see the world go by. Location is in the old town, most places walkable and fantastic surroundings.

The staff was incredibly nice, the location was great, we could walk everywhere. There were pasteis de nata available at the front desk everyday! It was a great experience.

It really felt like home, the view of my room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was perfect and clean . The staff were extremely helpful and nice to me. I would come back to stay here again.

The staff - Joana was so helpful! She helped me to book my train ticket to Porto, give me suggestions on what to do, where to go and places to eat. The same with her colleagues, all were lovely. They suggested places to eat and it was great! It has given me an awesome impression on the Portuguese people! The location was superb - everything was accessible by foot within the Alfama area.
