We arrived early so our bags were in their safe storage. These were take up and left in our room as soon as the room was ready. We were welcomed with a hand written note (loved it) and 2 chocolates on bedside.
The location - perfect! In between the old town and city centre. Everything is walking distance.
They have a wonderful living room where in the morning breakfast (a very good spread) is served and otherwise there’s tea, coffee, cookies, water and a cake all day with some nice comfortable sofas for guests if they need to lounge.
The rooms are nice. Windows open for some fresh air. Smart TV, small refrigerator, water.
Staff were all very friendly, polite and very welcoming.
With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area.

The hotel is very accessible to all the main sights in Lisbon particularly because it is only a couple of minutes walk to Rossio metro station and tram services.
We had a lovely big room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate bath and shower and plenty of nice toiletries. Treats were left in the room such as the local liqueur and port with mini natas which was a nice touch.
We would happily stay again.

Location was perfect. Staff were 💯% helpful, nothing to much trouble. The staff were the biggest plus. Bottle of bubbly and cake for my wife's Birthday from staff.
Breakfast was OK to get you started.
Would definitely use this hotel again, the balcony over the main street was nice.
