The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked the location because it is in a quiet neibourhood and not in the center and allows you to relax after hectic days of touring the city.

Very spacious living room, and the rooftop is a perfect place to see the sunrise. I like the light shed on the wall. Jose is so kind and helpful.

She met us at the apartment and was very responsive all the time. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out so we could venture and spend some time at the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy, spacious, in the Campo Ouerique neighborhood, close to the bus/tram28 stop (1min), close to small grocery stores (2min) and Aldi(5min). Also, there was a really nice mercado nearby with delicious food selection. The apartment is on the top floor, so keep in mind that you will have to climb a couple of stairs. There was a small balcony from where we could enjoy our breakfast with the amazing view of the 25th april bridge and Basilica of Estrela. Also enjoyed the evening view as well. The furniture from the balcony will be updated soon. There is no couch. Has been replaced with 2 confortable armchairs. Master bedroom is ensuite. A big plus for the dishwasher, which made our stay extremely comfortable.

It's wonderfully clean and even more beautiful than the photos online. The room I stayed in and the common areas are designed in a way that is comfortable, functional and lovely. The room temperature, bed and shower were all perfect, as was the location. Breakfast was delicious! The proprietor is so thoughtful and even contacted me before I arrived to make sure there would be selections I could eat at breakfast as I had noted food allergies when booking. She genuinely wants guests to enjoy their stay in the guesthouse and in Lisbon. I hope to stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay in Lisbon over a long weekend and A casa na Estrela was the perfect accomodation! The apartment is really well designed with a modern feel. Everything was clean and super comfortable. The hostess Margarida was fantastic with communication and super helpful with recommendations for the area. The area itself is not the most touristy, which I really liked! I felt we got a sense of a more authentic Lisbon area. It's also only a beautiful 20-30 minute walk to the main spots like barrio alto and a short Uber, so you're right amongst it.
