We arrived late from a delayed flight and the staff was very welcoming. They were very accommodating with our request for a late check out. The staff was very patient in giving us directions, food recommendations and reminders to be wary of our belongings. The property was next to a train station, perfect to move around.

The room was clean, neat, spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the balcony, the large opening windows and the air conditioning unit. The water pressure was nice and strong. My favorite aspect of our stay was the staff. They were all very friendly, helping me with every question. They were all so kind and attentive. The breakfast is outstanding!!! If you're looking to stay near an embassy, you'll be within walking distance. We visited some tourist attractions and it cost about 7 euros each way for an uber. There's also a metro stop close by. I will absolutely stay here again.

Staff were quite and friendly... really it's been amazing staying one night there. Next time if i come to visit gonna stay again at hotel mercure lisboa❤️

Novotel Lisboa berjarak 500 meter dari Lisbon Zoo, dan sejauh 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Metro Praça de Espanha serta Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Everything was great,the staff went out of their way to help us. Couldn't ask for better.
