The room was big enough for my family and well equipped for our stay, the staff has been really kind. The hotel is close to the metro station so it's easy to reach the center of Lisbon, but you can also use the shuttle service of the hotel which is something we really appreciated considering we have a small kid (and a stroller)

Great, efficient and friendly staff. Checkin was quick. Ana at the reception did an amazing job for my check in. Convenient location. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. Close by to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, and Cafes. Walking 10 mins distance to the Sete Rios bus/train station, metro station (Jardim Zoological) -10 mins train ride to city cente. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family to stay here.

Primely located in Lisbon's centre, this deluxe hotel offers elegant guest rooms and views over the city, the Tagus River and São Jorge Castle. Jose on reception was extremely helpful with where to visit. John at the door was very welcoming. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were excellent. The beds were comfortable. Room service was good value and excellent food and wine.
