It was exactly like the response from the owner to some complicated guest in the reviews section - 2 star hotel with 5 star service . Wonderful -clean good sized rooms,breakfast spread, staffs, location(calm,center, nearby shops n restaurants), didn't know what more to ask🤷🏻‍♂️ With windows closed , we heard nothing including landing flights every 1-2mins. Very happy with everything and we will come back n recommend to others.

Ibis Lisboa offers a restaurant serving regional delicacies and an outdoor terrace. Situated 300 metres from Praca De Espanha Metro, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms, some with panoramic city... The staff was super friendly and the cleanliness of the place was remarkable. The room in which I stayed was small but good enough for a few days. The beds were super comfortable.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating! We arrived early and they allowed us to use the pool facilities while we waited for check in. Great location for sete rios train/ bus station and close-ish to the airport but wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re wanting to be in the main town of Lisbon. We only stayed 1 night here in between travel days so this location was perfect for us. Room was comfortable and clean :)

Novotel Lisboa nằm cách Sở thú Lisbon 500 m và ga tàu điện ngầm Praça de Espanha cũng như tổ chức Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation 5 phút đi bộ. The staff was fantastic and very hospitable. Even more wonderful that they gave a lot of the insights of the local areas, cultures and people.
