Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! Well situated in the Fes El Bali district of Fez, Dar Atlantic is located 2.7 miles from Royal Palace Fes, a 8-minute walk from Karaouiyne and 0.9 miles from Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

Set in the heart of Fès in a former Arab-Moorish palace, Palais Faraj Suites & Spa offers a view of the medina. The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. We had a lovely suite initially but due to a water leak we were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was truly amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town including many restaurants, sights and the Medina.

Good Location, very close to Blue Gate. Spotlessly clean,.Big size Room, comfortable bed. I request a room in Higher Floor it was arranged, room has a big window with a great view. The lobby area have a great sitting arrangement surrounding a fountain. Staff members are so cordial and helpful. Easy check in and Check out.
