Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! Located 4 km from Fes Train Station, a 10-minute walk from the medina, this typical Moroccan hotel offers a swimming pool and a restaurant serving local cuisine. Great location right next to the Medina, bar and pool were great to get back to after a long day out in the hustle and bustle. Rooms were air-conditioned and clean. Staff were friendly and crack of dawn airport transfer went off without a hitch.
