Amazing staff - so attentive and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, and everything was on point. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Colombo…I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Galle Face je znamenit hotel v kolonialnem stilu, zgrajen leta 1864. Ponuja spa in bazen s slano vodo ter z ležalniki s pogledom na veliki Indijski ocean. I always use this hotel for 20 years.

Cinnamon Grand Colombo is a luxurious 5-stars city hotel located in the centrer of Colombo and in the heart of tourist and commercial hubs like the World Trade Centre, National Museum and Iconic... Our stay at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo was fantastic. The property is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained grounds. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, and the pool provided a perfect place to unwind. Overall, an excellent experience!

Ramada Colombo is located in the capital city of Sri Lanka, a 5-minute drive from Colombo Fort Railway Station. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants and a bar. Free parking is available. It was a wonderful stay in Colombo. Extremely friendly staff and they were very welcoming and helpful. It was Poorna and Duty Manager Suranjith who welcomed us on the first day, very late at night and they were extremely helpful and quick in changing our room from a 'Smoking' to a 'Non-smoking' due to an administrative error for the first night and provided us with an excellent room on a higher floor the next morning as per our request. Location was great as in the heart of Colombo and close to everything and a 30 sec walk to Gall Face and a 5 min walk to One Galle Face Mall. Lotus Tower and Gangaramaya temple were within walking distance or a quick taxi/tuk tuk ride. Extremely spacious rooms with inviting and spacious beds and a large bathroom covered in marble was awesome. The room had everything we required and cannot say anything bad about staff. Particularly, reception staff Poorna, Yuresha, Niveditha, Ravi and Duty Managers Chamith and Suranjith were absolutely wonderful. And concierge staff Palitha, Jagath, Sadun, Prasanna and others (cannot recall some names) were extremely helpful and respectful. Housekeeping staff were equally helpful and so down to earth and we were served by Swarna, Heshan and another young man the first few days whilst he was covering for Heshan and they were all extremely humble and accommodating. The hotel also had a well equipped gym and both personal trainers Indika and Dimuth were very helpful with all workouts when I visited the gym. We tried the breakfast buffet once which was great and again served by extremely helpful and friendly staff. The Café downstairs in the lobby was excellent with lots of yummy short eats, coffee and other options and reasonably priced and served us well in grabbing a quick breakfast before going on our daily outings. Great free Wi-Fi and had no issues with this throughout our stay. Poorna, Yuresha and Chamith who spoke to us many times were a pleasure to chat to.

Amazing value for money, full use of a first floor apartment which even included a washing machine Dam was an excellent host, felt like we were staying with family- cooked us a delicious breakfast, offered us a free ride to Galle Fort, advising us what to do for our 1 day in Galle, then dropped us off at the bus station after we checked out
