Excellent facilities and hospitality from all of the staff. Lovely place to stop over whilst you are stopping off in Colombo. Also great choice of food options within the hotel. The room was also large with every facility you could ask for.

Cinnamon Grand Colombo is a luxurious 5-stars city hotel located in the centrer of Colombo and in the heart of tourist and commercial hubs like the World Trade Centre, National Museum and Iconic... A lovely place to end our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka, the rooms were very comfortable, the pool facilities were great and the staff were very attentive. The restaurants and breakfast buffet were excellent!

I had two visitors and they were also welcomed to the room with no hesitation. hotel management is so good..I'll come back to the hotel again.

Comfortable beds, air con, very clean rooms, common kitchen, hot water in common bath downstairs. Amazing staff. Good atmosphere. Location is close to waterfront, few min on foot. To other places you can easily use taxi apps as uber or pick me. We so liked the place, that stayed there almost for a week instead of a couple of days. Thank you guys, you work a lot. No things to complain at all.

The only thing I like in Colombo is this hostel 😆 Host Charu is so caring, and also informative, how do you spell "hospitality"? C-H-A-R-U 😆😆 To me Colombo has not much to see, but I stayed 3 nights because Charu makes this place like home 🥰 and people staying here share the same vibes🥳🥳 這裡非常適合作為來斯里蘭卡的第一站，可以結交許多朋友，Host Charu非常熱心助人，我原本只訂一晚結果不小心待了三晚，真的非常感謝他的熱情招待🥳🥳
