The owner was amazing from the moment we took the flight till the second we arrived he was in touch and spoke with the drivers and stuff to make sure we get there safely, the restaurant in the place is amazing and the dishes are huge! Really huge good for 2 persons and the prices are good, he took us to see some places in the city and summing up made a great experience for us in there

I had a really comfortable stay here! The room was clean, with an attached bathroom, hot water, and a TV—everything you’d need for a relaxing trip in close proximity to many city attractions. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was great too, with a nice restaurant that made meals so convenient. Overall, it felt like great value for the price, and I’d happily stay again.

Its in close proximity to city center and night attractions. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Colombo cityscape. The facilities are good. They had a kitchen and a lovely living area. They have one parking slot in the 1st floor. For people looking to make a meal, they have a cargills food city express mart in the ground floor. The hosts also own a restaurant 'Gentz' that's walking distance from the apartment complex. We were able to get foods delivered to our doorstep. Food was superb. Recommend trying the menu out. Lastly, many thanks to Gihan who coordinated our stay. Very co-operative and friendly.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a rooftop pool, Oval View Residencies is located in Colombo. It is fantastic place with stunning views and an ideal location. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which offered a relaxing time with a great view. It’s also super convenient that there’s a supermarket right on the ground floor of the same building. The apartment has security, so there’s no need to worry about anything. A big thank you to the owner’s daughter, who was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. ❤️

An excellent stay across the board. If you’re new in town, and want a feel of cozy, Lankan hospitality and a feel of home but with your own space and privacy - this is ideal. Vishwa is great with any help you might need with recommendations or basic advise. Friendly staff to help with bags or walking in and out. Clean, safe, and no issues for a young woman alone in town for a few days - I couldn’t recommend a better place or better people.
