Felix was incredibly helpful and welcoming both prior to and during our stay, our first in Sri Lanka. For a very reasonable cost he arranged transport from the airport, with the first evening’s meal included in the price. The room was spotless, air conditioned and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with a fine view of the city, was excellent. All of the staff were very attentive. Felix clearly places a high value on delivering excellent customer service and the high rating of The Den is more than deserved. Thank you for a perfect introduction to Sri Lanka.

James from reception is so friendly , a genuine person, he was super helpful, he gave me recommendations and tips regarding transportation, food and other stuff! The room was clean and a comfortable bed! I stayed only one night as I was going to Jaffna from Wellawata bus station, and the place is close by. I was allowed to do a late check out which was convenient for me. Easy to get to City centre by public or taxi.
