They are the nicest of people I met on the trip. I was suppose to check out at 11:00 but asked Alice ( at the reception) and she told me I could stay till 1. Its not a issue. They have solution to your every problem. Very communicative and understanding staff!

I give this hotel a 10, because it's a great value for the money! The staff are amazing and my special thanks goes to Yvonne at the reception as she did us a great favor! All of the guys I interacted with - Yvonne, Dominic, Gilbert, Amon, Jackline, and others, were very polite! I truly hope that management is taking good care of them, because they really deserve it. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and I will have a 4th one in 5 days, but the way I see it, I will be always visiting it when I'm coming back in Nairobi. Asanti guys!
