The staff was incredibly welcoming and a complete joy to interact with. They were genuinely friendly and always a step ahead in checking on our needs. The property is so peaceful and felt like a little getaway from the craziness of the city... yet it was still so close. Looking forward to the next visit to Nairobi!

Ideally set in the Kilimani district of Nairobi, Hays Suites Hotel is situated 5 km from Kenyatta International Conference Centre, 6.3 km from Nairobi National Museum and 1 km from Shifteye Gallery. Room was very clean and big, with nice view.bed was comfortable. I could check out 1 hour later, which was great, staff were kind. Coffee was excelent with the breakfast! Good location, clean and new building.

Was a great place to catch up on some much needed rest in between adventures. The rooftop bar is a plus as well. Friendly and accommodating staff :)

Being brand new, the facilities were immaculate. The room, linens, pool and patio area were all spotless and cleaned every day. The service was fantastic from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Great food, great drinks, overall exactly what we expected and were looking for.
