The room, linens, pool and patio area were all spotless and cleaned every day. The service was fantastic from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Great food, great drinks, overall exactly what we expected and were looking for.

I give this hotel a 10, because it's a great value for the money! The staff are amazing and my special thanks goes to Yvonne at the reception as she did us a great favor! All of the guys I interacted with - Yvonne, Dominic, Gilbert, Amon, Jackline, and others, were very polite! I truly hope that management is taking good care of them, because they really deserve it. This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and I will have a 4th one in 5 days, but the way I see it, I will be always visiting it when I'm coming back in Nairobi. Asanti guys!
