Travelling with my two kids and they love the hotel. I think mainly because of the quality of the breakfast buffet :). Super close to the subway but very quiet location. Food options nearby but a plethora of food options across the main road in the lanes on the way to Dotombori Bridge. If I come to Osaka again I will stay here again.

I would stay again. Everything was well prepared and you have everything you need, basically. Despite there are no receptionist, check in and check out process were so easy. Good location, quiet and safe.

The room is considered spacious (or at least ample) for the two of us. Check in process was easy and the room was clean. We love the bed the most. It was the comfiest bed we;ve had in Japan perfect for that landing after whole day walking. The location was a bit far from the train (about 5-10 minutes walking). You can take the bus alternatively. it was a 2,000Y+- journey from the hotel to UENO JR Station (taxi).
