First of all the staff was amazing and so helpful! We had some problems with our luggage ( we didn't know we were supposed to send them to the airport 2 days before the flight) - the owner called to transport companies for us and managed to find someone who will help us. The facility was clean and specious. They had everything we needed and some extra stuff in the front. The area is quite a lot of local bars and restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk from 7/11, bus station and metro.

We ended up doing an Edo period tour that he tailored for us and it was amazing. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and very functional! Having a stovetop, kettle, and fridge along with convenience stores, super markets, restaurants, and bakeries nearby gave a ton of flexibility. About a 10 minute walk to the Iriya station on the Hibiya line and 15 minutes to the Asakusa station.

Traveling with my family of 5, we stayed in the "Deluxe Triple Room Max5 Comfort3". The amenities in the room were fantastic, clean and comfortable ( most notably the beds, toilet and shower). The location is also fantastic, literally a 1 min walk to Iriya station where we were able to easily get to anywhere we wanted in Tokyo, There's also a 7-11 and other convenience stores and restaurants surrounding the local area making it easy to quickly grab anything we needed.

The kitchen facilities were really good. The room was also comfy, although I would have liked to be able to open the window to get some fresh air. The showers are great and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Very nice hotel with great lobby for meeting other travelers and friendly service. Rooms were spacious and clean so were the shared bathrooms. We got much more than we should out of it for the little amount of money we paid for it :)

It was all clean and spacious, it was for my family, but i get to go inside just to take a look and it even has a kitchen. It takes 20mins walking to the nearest yamanote line station which is pretty good.
