In a prime location in Kobe, Hotel Meriken Port Kobe Motomachi provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Convenient location close to station and china town and a short walk to Meriken park. Staff were very helpful and knew enough English to help us at check in. We left our luggage at the hotel before we checked in. Missed out on buffet breakfast but we still went to have lunch there instead and it was really good.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Motomachi Staion, Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel provides simple rooms with natural colours. The staff were excellent could communicate very well in English. The room was spacious and efficiently designed excellent. Loved that they have a section to the right of the reception where you could listen to old records. Also helps that it’s right next to China Town.

Smile Hotel Kobe Motomachi is within a 2-minute walk from JR Motomachi Train Station. It offers modern rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen satellite TV. Good, central location, comfortable bed and good shower/bath. The WiFi and TV worked well. Fridge and an electric kettle, mugs and glasses provided in the room, microwave in thelobby. Friendly staff.
