In a prime location in Kobe, Hotel Meriken Port Kobe Motomachi provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This is a basic business hotel, but I rate it highly because of its location, cleanliness, and size of room. It's still a business hotel, but I didn't feel cramped. Well worth the 6000yen I paid for it
