My first journey to Florence started with her warmest greetings; her unostentatious recommendations about exploring the region, and her diligent attitude toward her work which kept fascinating me throughout my stay, - up to the very last moment of departure, when my taxi to the station that I asked for in advance arrived precisely to a second (such level of orchestrating everything is very impressive for not a 5-star hotel). No words to find to describe the team's professionalism and kindness! - The hotel location is simply great. 2 minutes of walk from Duomo. The location is very central and comfortable. You can even hear the sound of its magic bell ringing out of the hotel's window. - It also feels safe there which is important. Shopping streets, good restaurants, and museums are close by. - The breakfast at the hotel is very pleasant. Quite simple and basic, but has all the range of healthy choices (fresh fruit, eggs, fresh orange juice, artisanal cheese, etc.), and, again, the energy of the place is great, so you have all the chances to receive a charge of positive energy in the morning when starting your day. - They also offered me a welcome drink which was a nice gesture from their side, and a pleasant moment for me in the evening after a long walk through the charming streets of Firenze.

Couldn’t fault the staff, they were amazing. The rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delightful had afternoon tea and at night happy hour for one hour, had wine and beer to meet other people.The hotel is in a fantastic spot, step at the door and restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely come back if I go highly recommend .

Casa Botticelli se află la etajul 1, al unei clădiri istorice, iar clădirea nu este ocupată doar de acest hotel. Camerele sunt foarte frumos amenajate, designul fiind unul deosebit. Roberta de la Recepția hotelului a fost deosebit de drăguță și amabilă și ne-a ajutat încă de dinainte de a ajunge la această locație. La sosire în camera frumoasă, am primit o sticlă de vin.

Suntem a doua oară oaspetii acestui hotel si am regasit aceeasi atmosfera pe care o stiam. Amabilitate, politețe, dorinta de a te face sa te simti binevenit. Curătenie desăvârșită, liniste și eleganță, mic dejun grozav. Într-un cuvânt, un sejur perfect. Mulțumim!

First of all a very clean hotel, with nice rooms, in a good place and with a very good breakfast. Special thanks to the kind people in the reception and to the ladies in the breakfast room since they are the hard workers behind the beautiful stay!
