The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, with a nice view on the courtyard. Liked the beds very much. The location was excellent: just 10 minutes to Duoma and Medici Palace. Not far from train station - just about 15 minutes. Nearby there are lots of places where you can eat or buy some food (for example, Carefour was on the parallel street). Also the breakfast was included and it was various and delicious. It was very nice that there also was some traditional Florence dishes like Panettone .

Overall design of the hotel is nice and they have excellent breakfast which is mostly alaa cart.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful; we requested to change our room because the one facing the street was noisy, and they immediately accommodated us with a new room. The next day, they followed up to ask if our new room was comfortable, which I appreciated. The hotel also offers WhatsApp service for guests, making communication easy. Additionally, they provide a valet service that allows guests to relax without worrying about parking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with attentive service!

Arte' Boutique Hotel is situated in Florence, within 200 metres of Accademia Gallery. This hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. Basically everything. Everybody extremely kind, and as we came by car there was a valet option too which was very useful

Ideally set in the Uffizi district of Florence, Hotel Davanzati is set 200 metres from Strozzi Palace, 800 metres from Pitti Palace and 1 km from Accademia Gallery. Little gem hotel in the center, minutes from main attractions , clean, breakfast was great, they have a happy hour in the afternoon, the stuff was attentive and very helpful. I wanted to stay more but they were fully booked.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. This hotel is my favorite in Florence. I come to Florence 3-5 times a year, and this is my first choice every time, unless there is no room. The hotel is TOP 1 in my heart in terms of service, breakfast, and various facilities. I highly recommend it.

The room was huge and nicely furnished. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The palazzo was just near the Arno, close to the city enter and there were lots of excellent restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

Located a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Horto Convento offers rooms with free WiFi in Florence. Guests can enjoy a garden and an on-site bar. Beautiful property and a very welcoming team. The property is truly unique and really beautifully converted. Each and every one of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable and incredibly clean. The property is outside of the hustle and bustle of the main city center which is a welcome break from the chaos but still just a 15-20 minute walk to all the sites. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has loads of nice bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Florence.
