Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff member who assisted me during check-in (though I’m not sure of his name) was friendly and helpful. Additionally, during checkout, Christian was extremely professional and made the process smooth.
