AC worked very well, which we appreciated deeply during the Italian summer. In a 10 min walk you reach the city centre. 100% recommended!

Using the "Find My" app, I found my AirPods in a far from the hotel, where they clean the hotel stuf. After a day of anxious waiting, my friend, who was staying nearby, was able to pick them up thanks to your team's diligence. I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible effort your staff put into helping me retrieve my belongings. It's not just about the lost AirPods; it's about the exceptional service and genuine care that your team showed. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to your hotel in the future, not just for the beautiful accommodations but also for the wonderful people who work there.

Set directly opposite Bologna Centrale Station, Mercure Bologna Centro offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, and free WiFi. The MAMbo museum is a 10-minute walk away. Across from the train station but so handy to shops etc. with options to get buses etc right next door. Lovely garden to relax in with a cocktail :) Room was clean and well stocked - included robes and slippers! Free minibar, great views of the sunrise from the private balcony, peaceful and quiet. We had breakfast which was reasonably priced and loads of options.

Der tilbydes topmoderne værelser med gratis wi-fi samt restaurant på stedet. very good price-to quality, everything was clean and convenient, very nice location, air-cinditioned room, despite the location next to the pretty big street it was silent, and there were double curtains (the second one very dark, so the room was perfectly dark), very nice service, luckily the check-in was possible before the scheduled check-in time and there wasn’t any problem with checking in, also VERY NICE THING WAS that there was a possibilty to leave the luggage after checking-out
