The staff was courteous and amazing. The food was amazing. I would like to thank but the housekeeping manager and the conceirge for the amazing welcome.

Service Efficiency: Understanding the importance of my business meeting the next day, the team went above and beyond. They made sure my shirt was immaculately cleaned and ironed, ensuring I was prepared and on time. To my surprise and appreciation, the service was complimentary, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 4. Personal Touches: One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay were the handwritten notes I found in my room. These personal gestures from various team members created a connection that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. 5. Dining Experience: The culinary journey at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magnificent. From enjoying an unparalleled view at AER Skybar to the culinary delights at San:Qi, my palate was in heaven. The team at San:Qi deserves special mention. Residency is a very good address if you're looking for a calm and relaxed stay in Mumbai and still be close to the train station and some of the main sights. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming and gave us great support in getting things organised. The room was nice and clean. I can warmly recommend Residency to anyone new to Mumbai (as we were).
