However, the warmth and genuine concern shown by Jai and Gauri at the reception was exceptional. I felt as if I was not entering a hotel but rather the home of close friends. 3. Service Efficiency: Understanding the importance of my business meeting the next day, the team went above and beyond. They made sure my shirt was immaculately cleaned and ironed, ensuring I was prepared and on time. To my surprise and appreciation, the service was complimentary, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 4. Personal Touches: One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay were the handwritten notes I found in my room. These personal gestures from various team members created a connection that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. 5. Dining Experience: The culinary journey at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magnificent. From enjoying an unparalleled view at AER Skybar to the culinary delights at San:Qi, my palate was in heaven. The team at San:Qi deserves special mention. Pięciogwiazdkowy hotel Trident Nariman Point położony jest przy bulwarze Marine Drive w Mumbaju i oferuje piękne widoki na Morze Arabskie. Super śniadania i pokój na wysokim piętrze, prześliczny widok na zatokę. Personel miły i uprzejmy. Lokalizacja bardzo nam pasowała.
