Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. It was the most wonderful experience, we were so well taken care of, and as part of the Club Room, you get access to hi-tea and cocktails which really added to the whole experience. Take the Taj heritage tour! It's 120 years of history told by historians, who have worked at the Taj for more than 40 years. We also had hair services at the Taj Salon, and the service was impeccable. The pool was relaxing and so beautiful. And the best part of the Taj, the staff! Unbeatable service, that made us feel like family coming home.

Best boutique hotel I have been too, great staff and an amazing location. This Hotel topped off my trip, beautifully designed with lovely quirks. I would highly recommend to anyone.

El Trident Nariman Point està situat a Bombai i té vistes al mar d'Aràbia des del bulevard de Marine Drive. This is not my first stay at Trident Nariman Point, whenever I go to Mumbai, I have always stayed at the Trident. The hotel always exceeds expectations, the ocean views from the room, pool and rooftop are amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect. The menu at Firangipani has changed and love it and their food has always been good. Frankly, I have never had any complaints at Trident. The staff are courteous and helpful, they know everything about the hotel as well the city, you can ask for any advice for in and around the city, services are top notch, the rooms are clean, the views are breathtaking, the hotel smells nice when you walk into the hotel, the food at Firangipani and the cocktails at Ness are delicious. Every time I go to Mumbai, I have always stayed at Trident.

Standing tall in the up-scale Cuffe Parade, the award-winning President Mumbai offers a swimming pool and pampering spa treatments. This was the best hotel experience in my life. And I have travelled A LOT. Great atmosphere, beautiful place. But what really made it special was the staff. They were truly caring and every one of them always took extra steps to make sure people were feeling great. Exceptional, exceptional people.
