Residency is a very good address if you're looking for a calm and relaxed stay in Mumbai and still be close to the train station and some of the main sights. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming and gave us great support in getting things organised. The room was nice and clean. I can warmly recommend Residency to anyone new to Mumbai (as we were).

All worked fine, including the room service. The neighbourhood is quiet by night, surrounded by many fancy stroes, diners. Walking distance from the Gateway and other historic sites.

This hotel gets an exceptional in my books for the high level of care and treatment to the guests. Very accommodating staff. Whether it be at breakfast or 3 am in the morning. I left my engagement ring (to my husbands horror) behind, and the staff found it and prioritized its safety annd security until someone could collect it. Thank you for the hospitality.
