Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The breakfast was great. There was everything you could think about. The Swimmingpool and it’s surrounding it’s an oasis. We had a room with direct view of the getaway of India. I definitely will come again.

Ideally set in the centre of Mumbai, Hotel Antique - Colaba is within 100 metres of Colaba Causeway and 1.3 km of Gateway of India. Hotel Antique in Colaba is quite central location, easy to walk around for visit places and food. A local market is nearby, too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Direct bus from airport dropped us just 200m away :)

This is a wonderful boutique hotel near the Gateway of India. The hotel faces the harbor and you can get great view from the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is also served. (Psst ask for the masala omelette) Staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort.
