Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our hostess Urmi was so kind and nice! Will def be back.

This hotel gets an exceptional in my books for the high level of care and treatment to the guests. Very accommodating staff. Whether it be at breakfast or 3 am in the morning. I left my engagement ring (to my husbands horror) behind, and the staff found it and prioritized its safety annd security until someone could collect it. Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved our hotel, we had everything we needed and all staff were lovely, especially Samson in the reception. There was nothing he couldn’t do for us. If you need help with anything at all - ask Samson. We will be staying there again on our way back to Mumbai

They staff is humble csrint and hellful, as in all of india show respect to get respect.. Thetly were honest clean and eager to assist.
