We had the luxury room. It was very comfortable. It was very well designed with a bath in the middle of the room. The highlight of the place is the staff who were most helpful and friendly.

Great location and staff is very kind. The hotel and rooms are clean and was overall satisfied with my stay. Mumbai is expensive so I can see why it’s a bit more pricey but all in all I think it was great. I ordered room service and the food was also very good.

We loved our hotel, we had everything we needed and all staff were lovely, especially Samson in the reception. There was nothing he couldn’t do for us. If you need help with anything at all - ask Samson. We will be staying there again on our way back to Mumbai

They where great with our two young boys aged 2 and 4. Treated them daily with a sweet treat. Location was perfect, 5mins walk from gateway and ferry port for elephanta caves. Room is small but perfect for a couple of nights. Shower and toilet worked well. Air con and fan worked well.
