All the decor, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really great, with produts with high quality. The staff was very helpful and nice. For us being in the periphery of the city, away from the confusion was a plus. Has private parking space.

Location was absolutely perfect! 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach in Split, 1 min walk to supermarket and coffee shops, 1 min to a bus station. Room was very comfortable and really clean. Private parking provided. Zeljko , the host is very helpful and does his best to make our stay great. I enjoyed the experience and recommend to all of you who are thinking on booking this place !

Vila Maria se nahaja v kraju Stobreč, 800 m od najbližje plaže. Ponuja zunanji bazen, klimatizirane apartmaje in brezplačen WiFi. Dario and all of his family were so welcoming, they arranged transfers to and from airport, also Gabrijela took us to Krka national park and waited until we had finished to take us back. The pool was lovely and very refreshing after a day in the sun, took the bus into Split which took 15mins, beautiful City, Strobec has some lovely beaches and good restaurants. Villa Maria is a perfect place to get away and chill would definitely recommend 👌

Nastanitev Pinija Apartment Split se nahaja približno manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Plaža Stobreč in ponuja razgled na mesto ter balkon. The apartment was really spacious and the owners were really kind and provided great recommendations for the places to visit which made our stay memorable. Also, gave us a very warm welcome with figs from her garden. The facilities in the house were pretty good. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The location was reachable for daily amenities easily. The Centre was reachable within 8-10 mins by car and the parking was provided which is a huge plus. 👌🏻
