Location was absolutely perfect! 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach in Split, 1 min walk to supermarket and coffee shops, 1 min to a bus station. Room was very comfortable and really clean. Private parking provided. Zeljko , the host is very helpful and does his best to make our stay great. I enjoyed the experience and recommend to all of you who are thinking on booking this place !

Lidija is a very kind host. Her apartment is well equipped and very clean. Our ground floor / partly basement flat was nice and cool, a real refuge on hot summer days. However there is also a good working air conditioner, which we didn't really need to turn on. Location is good, however it is not right on the seafront, the beach, bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes walk. All in all, for the price we paid it has exceeded our expectations.

Villa Maria is located in Stobreč, 800 metres from the nearest beach and features an outdoor swimming pool. It offers air-conditioned apartments and provides free WiFi. We really loved the apartment. The owners thought about everything and had alot of extra’s in the apartment. It’s nearby a beach which was not so crowded when we went! We asked if we could check-out one hour later and it was no problem (guests after us would arrive later), so that was very nice of them!
