The location is great to stay close to the city but in a more recluse area. Many places to eat at walking distance and the beach just a few steps from the hotel. Nice beach eith kayak and other activities and was quite empty end of May. The staff is absolutely amazing and the room with a Jacuzzi is great. We also stayed 1 night in another room, no Jacuzzi but also comfortable. The hotel is super clean and smells really good.

Der er terrasse med havudsigt, bar og fælles opholdsstue. a great location as it is not far from Split by car to visit, and in front of the sea (just a street between the rooms and the sea). Very comfortable room and nice too.

Ideal for family, a lot of space, super clean, amazing view from the balcony, very helpful owner. Everything is near: restaurants, the store, parking and the beach. We love being here!!!

We stayed in a very well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed. The ground-floor location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of plants and trees, which kept the place cool without needing to use the air conditioner. The owner was extremely polite and welcomed us with a delightful homemade lemon liqueur. Sea is beautiful and there weren't a lot of people on the beach (we went in june). Very peaceful place. I am sure coming back again.

Staff is extremely kind and polite, the room was renovated recently and it almost feels like you’re staying in a hotel since super clean. Nice outdoor area too. Beach is nearby, takes only a 10 minute walk. I’d like to stay here again.

Located in central location . Super market is 300 meters away . Lots of restaurants around to eat and split town just 20 minutes away . The pizzeria Ivo next to the building is very convenient if travelling with kids . The beach near church is very scenic and just walking distance from the property . Excellent host and with personal touch and great recommendations . Swimming pool was great for kids . Very clean and well maintained.

Villa Maria ligger i Stobreč, 800 meter fra nærmeste strand, og har udendørs swimmingpool. Der tilbydes lejligheder med aircondition og gratis wi-fi. We enjoyed everything: lighted garden and swimming pool in the evening, coffee from a coffee machine in the morning, comfortable bed, tidy appartament, private corner in the garden among lemon and tangerine trees for smoking. All pieces of equipment and utensils worked properly. What’s more, the personality of the host- he is a very open-minded, friendly and respectfull person. Also he has a boat, so can organize you a trip according to your preferences, interests and fitness. Enjoyed the trip very much. My suggestion: always follow the advice given by host, if he says to use mosquito candles, use them 😅 If the host offers to visit a certain place for having dinner, visit, and you will get the best food for the best price in the area. We really enjoyed our long dinner at konoba “Bava”.
