They replenish meticulously whatever item (food or non-food) that we use in the room. The complimentary mango gummies are delicious! The staff in the lobby and restaurants are also super attentive. We never have to call them for anything. They can anticipate our needs. You can have the most beautiful infrastructure, but the frontliners that the guests come in contact with are the heart of any hotel.

The staff was helpful The details are beautiful The location is amazing (i was just surprised that there was a lot of trash and people sitting on the floor in the opposite of a luxury hotel like this)

Perfect location located in shopping district in Central Hong Kong. Enjoyed various of great restaurants, night life and shopping malls. Easy access to MTR. Room was perfectly clean with Elemis amenities. Thank to Mr. Sing and his team for outstanding services. Mr. Sing was very helpful for my whole stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Can’t wait to be back next time.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong menjadi pelopor era baharu dengan pelancaran berterusan bilik-bilik tetami yang dimodenkan yang direka oleh pereka dalaman Perancis terkenal, Tristan Auer. Really great view from the room, really comfortable room with good bed and really quiet (we choose renovated room), really good gym room and swimming pool. Breakfast with large choices. Staff really nice and helpful.
