From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Great location in Central Hong Kong. Spotlessly clean and room type reserved was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent, professional and very attentive staff. Great HK and harbor view from the room. Aubrey bar & restaurant is great on the 25th floor.

Another important thing that may be important ''for lovers'': the reception is on the 2nd floor, but the elevator is on the ground floor. If happen you encounter a lover or girlfriend in HK, you can bring her to the room without being seen from the reception :))). Cameras not counting! Anyway, they say ''max. two person in the room booked for one!

Perfect location located in shopping district in Central Hong Kong. Enjoyed various of great restaurants, night life and shopping malls. Easy access to MTR. Room was perfectly clean with Elemis amenities. Thank to Mr. Sing and his team for outstanding services. Mr. Sing was very helpful for my whole stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Can’t wait to be back next time.
