The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.

Situated 200 metres from SoHo, Hotel Madera Hollywood in Hong Kong offers a free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. Excellent location. Staff Selena is very helpful. Will return again

Room was perfectly clean with Elemis amenities. Thank to Mr. Sing and his team for outstanding services. Mr. Sing was very helpful for my whole stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Can’t wait to be back next time.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong heralds a new era with the continuing launch of modernised guestrooms designed by renowned French interior designer Tristan Auer. Property was nice and comfortable. But the stuff was out of this world ! Extremely nice people who were always ready to help. Especially Nicole Tang. She was the best person I’ve ever seen in hospitality business. Super proactive, very likeable and always ready to help!
