Just 300 metres from Panathenaic Stadium, Zappion Hotel is in the centre of Athens City. It features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. Facilities include a snack bar and a shared lounge. excellent location. about a 5 minute walk to the old Olympic Stadium. then just across the street to the presidential palace and huge gardens. 5-10 minutes further you are in Plaka in the shadow of the Acropolis. staff were great, helpful, kind and polite. breakfast was exceptional.

All appliances in the apartment appeared to be new or in excellent condition plus the decoration in general made it feel like home. It was spotless. The location is good, near a square without much traffic/noise. The hosts were really friendly and helpful (our arrival time changed due to a delay but still they had no issues bringing the keys at a late hour).

The owner was very nice and met me to let me in. Nice neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants. Easy walk to all the sites. Nothing is more than 30 min walk.
